HTML in Textbox

Hi

I was looking to impliment a TextBox or RichTextBox that provides
links to other forms or pages.

For example: Outlook 2003 >> Tools >> Rules and Alerts >> New Rule

Something like the box shown in step 2 which provides text with links
to items such as a folder browser or contacts list.

Why not use a LinkLabel control for this purpose?
