HTML import into Outlook2003

I am making an HTML page outside of outlook (dreamweaver)
and I want to be able to send it from Outlook. Is there a
way to import the html code to send from the outlook
client?
 
I am having the same problem. Let me know if you find a answer.

BUT it is easy to do using Express. Set up you account in outlook express, then open a new e-mail, then click on VIEW >> Source Edit. There will be three tabs at the bottom of the window, select Source and Past your HTML code in the window.

Why didn't they include this feature in the 2003 version?
