Dear Colleagues,

I have a strange behavior on Outlook 2007, and also I experienced this on
2003. I compose all my mails using HTML format, but after sending tem, I
found them delivered in a plain format, I even check the sent folder and I
found out same. Also when I save the mail to the draft folder and then
re-open it it lose all the format completely.............................??
Any solution

Outlook usually sends messages in multipart format, containing both the
HTML formatted message, as well as a plain text version. The receiving
email client then decides which part to display.

Can you check the source of the received message, if it contains both
message parts?

Hi,

The problem isn't on the sender actually, some senders send me on HTML, and
when I reply all the mail format is messed up. When I reply or compse mail on
RTF, this behaviour doesn't happen.
