When I receive a Plain Text email in Outlook 2000 for Win 2000, I can
send an HTML reply by choosing Formal/HTML from the menu. However, in
Outlook 2004 for XP there is no such choice. How can I reply in HTML
to a Plain Text email in Outlook 2004? Thanks.

What is Outlook 2004?
What makes you think it is a good idea to reply in HTML to a sender using
plain text?

There is no Outlook 2004. Do you mean 2003?

If yes, are you using Word as the mail editor or Outlook?
