HTML displaying differently on one PC

Please can anyone advise what is going on here ?

I have created HTML stationery for all prople in our office. It all works
well apart from one PC displaying the text off center in IE6 (and Outlook).
It displays correct on every other PC apart from this one. This has exactly
the same build of IE6 as the others.

Anyone know any reasons why this could be ?
(I will post on Internet Explorer General too)

Additional - That PC was running it's display at 1600x1200. Changing it back
to 1280x1024 sorted it.............BUT other PC's are running at 1600x1200
with no problems ??????
Any clues yet ?

These other PCs - are they using large fonts? Or is the browser opened
as a window, rather than full screen?

There are may factors involved in designing web pages - in fact screen
resolution is not one of them, but font size (the user can ALWAYS change
it) and browser portal size are the main ones. Screen resolution
determines the biggest browser portal - it does not determine how small
the portal can be.

Thanks.

I 'think' I have more idea of the problem now. My email stationery
misbehaves past 1200 pixels wide. I think my table settings are causing this.
