HTML Code is displayed when accessing a page.

Sorry for the incomplete posted question...
Here it is...

I am accessing a an html page but my IE browser returned codes.
Is there a problem with my IE setting?
I'm using IE 6.0 with SP2 on Windows XP Professiona with SP2 installed.
 
sounds to me like soomeboody screwed up writing the page. is there a
problem with any other pages you look at?

Is it showing HTML code, scripting code or the contents of a REG file?
