HTML body

I am using Outlook 2003. Is there any way to create mail programatically,
embedding html text in the body section and have it displayed properly to
the receiver? Like, if I enter HTML codes that create a table of values, I
need to recipient to see a table of values instead of HTML tags.

Yes, you can set the MailItem.HTMLBody property to fully tagged HTML content.
