HTML Attachments in Email

An employee in our company deals with a client who is
trying to email information with an HTML attachment. It
was sent to my coworker as well to me, and neither one of
us or the sender received notification of delivery
failure. We were able to receive an attachment in RTF
format that was sent at the same time. Receiving this
file should not be a problem because HTML attachments are
sent all the time within our company. Is this a problem
on the sender's end?

In my company, we use Exchange for our Inbox and while we can send HTML
attachments internally, Echange is configured to block them both inbound and
outbound. Perhaps that's your arrangement as well.
