hperlinks in oe

The hyperlinks in my Outlook Express do not work on my
HP pavilion notebook. Nor did they work on the last HP I
had. The links work fine in hotmail and yahoo but
nothing happens when I click on them in OE. Please
help. I am running MS XP.

Hyperlinks don't open:

Also, if you have a link open via OE, but minimized, it usually will not
open a second.

Close all open Internet Explorer and Outlook Express windows.

Click Start, Run and enter REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL

Then, if necessary, go to Control Panel, Internet Options, Programs, Reset Web Settings.
