using windows xp
cant acan a typed page
comes out mass of blue
went to website
they showw the mod. I have but cant get driver to down
load

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling? This solves issues like this
sometimes. I have the 4570c and it works just fine. Also, try these ng's for
help......alt.comp.periphs.scanner, alt.comp.periphs.scanners,
comp.periphs.scanners.
