HP PSC 2210 All-in-One

When I print a document with an attached envelope, the envelope prints fine,
but the document only prints the left half of the document, repeating the same
on the right side of the page. When I delete the envelope, the document prints
perfectly. Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are updated drivers and utilities on the HP site, might solve your
problems.
The software cleanup utility has an April time stamp. The Full Solution
Software
driver is dated May.

At the HP Website they tested my software and said that I already had the
latest drivers and that they were all properly installed and working.

At this point, I'd completely uninstall the printer, reboot, make sure
all the psc's stuff, including apps, is gone. Then reinstall the psc,
following HP's installation instructions from the setup sheet
*exactly*. I just installed one of these HP all-in-one's for a client
the other day (he has WinME) and it took several tries and lots of
aggravation before I could get it to work. These devices are *very*
finicky. His envelope printing using MS Word from Office 2k was fine,
btw. We checked that particularly.

Thanks. I'll try that. If that doesn't work, I think I should take it back to
the store and replace it with an Epson.
