HP printer print preview problems Office 2000

A new HP d4260 printer was installed at office. Documents we have used for
years are now showing on print preview as missing right margin. When trying
to print, it keeps resetting right margin to 1.02". I have read previous
comments and checked the print driver and it seems that it is the latest
update. Can anyone help before I have to return this printer?

hmm, can you be more specific: if they "miss" their right margin -- what
else is there instead ...?

Since Word 2000 isn't new, maybe a downgrade of the printer driver might
help. Unless we find another thing going on in Word, like TrackedChanges
etc.
