HP Laserjet 1320

Hi

I have just bought a HP Laserjet 1320 printer and am having a problem with it.

When I go to print and select the number of copies to print, Word will only
ever print 1 copy (whether I select 1 or however many) while in Exel or other
programs it prints the number of copies selected.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this please? I am running Windows XP
and Office XP
