HP IPAQ 1945

I am a disgusted vista purchaser. Have tried many times to remove and
install WMDC following directions. My Palm pilot is "connected" but it will
not synch nomatter what I do. Any Suggestions. I ahved read the procedure
from Laura Rooke with no luck. Help

When you asked HP, what have they said?
HP should know how to get their product to work with windows Vista
assuming your version is compatible.
make sure you have the latest HP updates installed.

Neither WMDC (nor ActiveSync before it) support Palm and never have.
Contact Palm for updated Palm Desktop software for your device.
