how transfer outlook address book from early outlook to new outlo.

How can I transfer the Outlook address book from my old computer(Outlook
2000) to my new computer? I can't find the file name and extension to copy
it to a CD to transfer
 
There is no address book in Outlook. All data is in one file. The file you
need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
