I have a folder that is full of outlook items that are
represented by the icon that comes to you in email when
someone sends you their contact information from outlook.
There are 775 items in this folder, each one a different
contact. Is there a straight forward way to move these
items into the contacts folder in my Outlook 2000 on my
desktop.

It is easy to drag one from the folder to the contacts
folder and drop it which is inserted correctly. I just
need to do this in mass.

Thanks

Have you tried doing a select all (CTRL+A) and then dragging?

Yes, when I do that it creates a single entry with all
the various addresses in the comments section as if I was
creating one new contact. Any other ideas?

Ahh, so these items are in a Windows folder then, and not an Outlook folder?
Do you have file extensions enabled in Windows Explorer? It would be
helpful to know just exactly what the file types are for those items.
