I have 2 hard drives in my computer (lets call them drive1 & drive2). Drive1
contains all my programs and is my boot drive. Drive2 is data only. Drive1
has accumilated a lot of programs over the years, many of which I don't think
I'll ever use, but I may. I would like to format drive1 and reinstall
Windows XP, but I'm afraid I'll need some program for which I have lost the
download or disk.
I would like to add a third drive (drive3) and install Windows XP on it. I
would load only the programs I use frequently. I would like to select which
drive (drive1 or drive3) I will boot from and use only the programs from that
disk.
Can anyone tell me if that is possible. Both drives would contain a copy of
XP.
