how to zip files

I am trying to zip several saved files in word onto one zipped file, but
cannot figure out how?

Read the Help in your zipping application. In WinZip, you just select all
the files you want to zip together (if they're in the same folder),
right-click, and choose the appropriate command. You can also add files to
an already created .zip file in the same way.

Suzanne, I don't find WinZip in my program which is the Microsoft.Office
Professional 2007 - where do I go to find it

Windows will zip files. You have to pay for Win Zip.

Select your files in Windows Explorer and right click. One of your options
will be to zip them. I'm using Win XP Pro right now but we have a license of
WinZip so I can't walk you thru further.
