How to view or forward attachment but not include origianl recipi.

When I forward an attachment received from an email, it includes the personal
message from the original email and all of the original receipients. How can
I forward an attached file only, without the receipient list and message?

Since most people who forward a message want the original message to be
forwarded along with any attachment, the option to forward only the
attachment doesn't exist. However, it's easily accomplished by opening a
new message and then just dragging the attachment from the otriginal message
to the new one.
