I'm being asked to forward emails from a scam artist on
ebay to ebays support people. However, there asking me to
provide the header of each one (obviously). How do I
forward it to them so that the header from the original
sender or creator is viewable?

Highlight the email in question. Right click on it and go
to options. Go to the header and highlight all of the
text. Do a CNTRL C. (This copies it) In your email to
ebay do a CNTRL V to paste the information in to the
email.

If you're using Outlook 2000, you can view the header of
an email, by doing the following:

1. Double-click the message to open it in a separate
window.
2. Go to View | Options...
3. You will find the Internet Header at the bottom in
the Gray box. You can highlight all of it, right-click
and select copy.
4. Then, paste the headers into the body of the email
when you're forwarding it.

Good Luck!

Yep thats what I discovered myself. But thanks anyway. I
had just hoped there was an automatic way. Thanks

In your inbox, right click on the sender name, click on options. Afte
new box opens copy everything in the Internet Headers box.

Then open the email and post it in before the message.

That's the way I have done it

I tried that, but the header box is greyed out and empty.

Anyone know why?

Cheers,
Brodie
