How to View a different Language in IE??

Hello I have been sent a website that is in Thai language. I can not read
it. Is there a setting in IE that will convert it to english? If not is
there any other way to view this in english.?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I have a little list of translation tools at www.hlrnet.com/ladict.htm I
don't know Thai myself, so I never made the effort to look for Thai
translation tools.

/view/character encoding and select the proper language code
