how to use this vista mail?

i m interested to know more about vista mail coz i just bought a laptop,i
also want to know whether i can sent messages to other emails ?

You use Windows Mail just like you did Outlook Express on
Windows XP. Do you have a specific question?

i hate the fact that everytime when i need to send out emails im no longer
the sender Mweb is the sender and it is blocking me from sending because i m
signed with them. pls help to remove this.

I have no idea what "Mweb" is.
You should be able to set up the kind of mail account you want.
In order to help you, we need to know what the part of your email address is
after the @ symbol.
