how to use the same cell with IF() function

function im using is IF()

my function reads =IF(B7=C3,C7+5,C7)

now when select the cell with this IF() function and drag it over all
the cells under it, i want it so that this is what happens to the
function

=IF(B8=C3,C8+5,C8)
=IF(B9=C3,C9+5,C9)
=IF(B10=C3,C10+5,C10)

insteadddd what i get is

=IF(B8=C4,C8+5,C8)
=IF(B9=C5,C9+5,C9)
=IF(B10=C6,C10+5,C10)

how do i keep the C3 in the function from changing? do i need to put
some symbol near it?
