how to use scatter diagrams,sector diagramsmodes of graph presns

I am finding great difficulty in putting my data in a graphical
representation and use them in the slides. I have lots of statistical data
and I have to depict in the form of bar chart, scatter diagram, sector
diagram among others. It would greatful if someone could kindly let me know
how to use them, and where to find the tools. thanking you

You can use Insert/Chart to insert a chart with dummy data onto your slide.
Input your data in place of the dummy data. Right-click in the chart area
and select Chart Type to change from the default 3D column chart to another
style of chart. Click outside the chart to close the chart and get back to
the slide. Double-click the chart to reopen it if necessary.

If you need assistance with actually plotting your statistical data, though,
this isn't the right newsgroup.
