I would like to connect a CI-module/CAM of type PCMCIA to my desktop. What
is needed to do so ? Is it possible to use adapter for an USB-port ? Or
adapter for a SCSI-port ?
Thanks for the info, Marcel

Depending on how your CI-module/CAM connects to the PCMCIA card, it might be
easier and a whole lot cheaper to buy a PCI format expansion card to use
instead of the PCMCIA card. But CompUSA does sell an adapter (PCI expansion
slot plus 5.25" drive bay needed) to do what you want to do. Of course, it
costs almost a hundred bucks. So unless that is the only option you can
find, you should try to find a PCI card that will directly support your
hardware, if possible. -Dave

You need to plug it into the CI slot of your DVB card.
