How to use new Mapi Profile

I have created a new profile using Mapi in Microsoft Exchange Server
programmatically.
But I dont know how to logon in the newly created profile
programmatically(using MAPILogonEx).AS I fail to logon in the new
profile.Any help is highly appreciated.
