how to use MicrosoftWord 2003 to create a document in Vietnamese?

I try to create a document in Vietnamese. I tried all the steps in the Help
section. I don't know how to type the specific Vietnamese letters and the
intonation marks. Could anyone who has experience in doing this help me?
