How to use 'header' tags<h1>etc in web pages made w/ Excel ???

Am using Excel to make webpages (and not ready to use anything else at this
time, am really liking the simplicity of Excel) and would like to use header
<h1></h1> type header tags.
Is it possible ?
 
Guess this may not be a good place to post this question.
Any suggestion for a better place ?

Don't know why your previous post didn't get an answer, but AFAIK,
there's no way to generate that sort of simple HTML from XL natively.
