How to use all contacts in contact list for email?

I wrote an email that I want to send to all the people in my contact list.
How can I add all of them to the "To" line without having to do one at a time?
 
In the inbox screen, click on the two link and your address book will open.
Highlight the first name, scroll down to the last name, hold down the shift
key and click the last name. All names will then be highlighted. By the way
if you want to "cherry pick" some of the names you can so this with the
Control key and click on just the names you want. Lastly, you can select
them all and then use the Control key to unclick one or two if you want to
exclude someone.
