After re-install WinXP, the good thing is almose all devices still there, but
the bad thing is all Applications installed still there too, and could not
been using again.
My question is how to uninstall these applications existing in Program Files
folder, like MS Office, MS Messager, ...
Is there any way to re-use these applications?
Any idea and suggestion?
Thanks.

If you want to have a clean installation of Windows then you must do this:
1. Back up all your data files to an independent storage device.
2. Back up your EMail files.
3. Check that the backups are in place and useable.
4. Set your BIOS to use the CD drive as its primary boot device.
5. Boot the machine with your WinXP CD.
6. Allow the disk to be formatted.
7. Install Windows.
8. Install your applications.
9. Restore your data.
