How to type and see and hear the letters come on screen?

I find very useful graphics with text being typed and coming on screen in a
some demonstrations of how to do something, (instructions) where the person
typng the text is explaining what he is doing and where the viewer can not
only see the typing , letter by letter appearing as it progresses on the
computerscreen, but also can hear the actual sound of the typing, as well as
the voice of the person. I want to find out how to do that myself as a
language teacher to illustrate clearly to a student the relationship between
what a word looks like, how it is devided in syllables, at the same time
explaining with voice audio, what I'm doing and why I;m doing it.
I would like to learn how to do that or find a program or software that can
teach mme how to do that.

Thanks Chris, I appreciate your reply. For a moment you had me confused. I have a son with the name of Chris and he is the family computer wizard ...and I couldn't figure how he already knew I was looking for help with this one.. Usually I ask him, but trying to get a hold of the guy is another story, as he suddenly got plenty busy at work. I'm heading his way here right now so I can show him your reply at the same time and he can explain to me what you mean as I'm good in foreign languages, but not in technical matters.

This way I would be able to get help from both you and my son Chris and I
wouldn't be wasting your time. I have been wanting to do this for a long
time, but did't now how.
