how to turn off the yellow pop-up box

I do not want to have the yellow box appear when your roll-over a file. The info in this
box tells you more details, file size etc.

How do I do this?

Install TweakUI for XP. 'Taskbar and Start menu', 'Enable ballon tips' (uncheck to disable)
General Tab, uncheck the box next to "Enable tooltip animation", Apply.

Maybe I should rephrase!

I mean the tips box - I am really not sure what to call it!

It is pastel yellow and say if you are in My Computer and roll the mouse over C drive, it
tells you about it. This is what I want to turn off as often the box appears over the text
I am trying to read.

Tool > Folder options > View > second last option
