Hi everyone,

When I type a new email up, it annoys me to no end that Outlook capitalizes
the first letter of my sentences. I've turned off every checkbox under the
main Outlook Options for Spelling and Grammer and AutoCorrect, as well as
unchecking every checkbox under the Spelling and Grammer Options located in
the Tools menu when you have an individual email open, yet Outlook refuses
to stop correcting this.

A lot of times, I'm writing code snippets of C# in an email, and since the
language is case-sensitive, it annoys the crap out of me that Outlook forces
me to capitalize the first letter, causing me to have to manually fix it.

Does anyone know how to turn off this "feature?"

Thanks,
Brian

Version? Email editor? Did you also look in Tools, Autocorrect when
composing a message?

BTW, as soon as it makes a change, hit Ctrl+Z to undo the change... and if
you use Outlook 2003 (possibly 2002 as well) click on the little smart tag
and change the behavior. Hover over the letter that was changed and the tag
icon should display - click it and change the behavior.
