How to trap certain hyperlinks

Is ther some way of trapping the selection of a certain hyperlinks on a
sheet to run a macro that performs an operation on the destination sheet?

Once the event is trapped, The selected hyperlink could be determined
through searching the hyperlinks collection and the desired operation
performed.

Possibly the FollowHyperlink Event. Introduced in xl2000 as I recall.

A worksheet level event

Private Sub Worksheet_FollowHyperlink(byVal Target as Hyperlink)

End
