Is there a way to tell the Wizard to exclude certain drives when it is
collecting data?

I want to only transfer my 0 disk (C:/). The drive I am going to save the
file on is on the computer. Wizard keeps trying to copy all of the existing
data on that drive (D:) too.

Command line prompt?

Thanks!

basic)

I strongly urge you to get a better method of copying files, ie Acronis True
Image
Files and settings is a poor choice.

Try clicking on the button "Let me choose what files to save",then select
files/folders.

Thanks for the suggestions.

1. Acronis does NOT work with Dynamic disks. Been there, hence the
switching back to basic disks. (The server version at $999.00 does)

2. I am being multiple redundant with backups before I do a hex hack on the
primary. (ntback sp3 drive backup, transfer wizard, office settings, outlook
backup, Ghost 10 drive copy)

3. To answer my own question after some more research:

Wizard does not allow you in the advanced file selection mode to pick
drives.

Workaround for multiple drives:

You must have a USB drive available to transfer files to.
You must disconnect all other drives in the computer.
Remember to set your primary disk back to single jumper setting.
Run Transfer Wizard
Add drives / jumpers back to computer to return to original config.

Thanks that's good to know.
