| Hi, if you have upgarde windows xp from windows 98 and had kept the backup
| files, you can go to add/remove programs and uninstall win xp.
| If you did not do an upgarde or never save the backup, you need to create a
| win98 startup disk from
www.bootdisk.com
| Boot using the floppy, fdisk to delete the partition, recreate the
| partition, restart system
| Boot using floppy again, format the drive
| Insert win98 CD, boot from CD and install win98 again
Perfect except for one thing: Win98 CDs aren't bootable!
Restart the system using a Win9x startup disk and start with CD-ROM support.
Once you've got the A:\> prompt, insert the Win98 install CD, change to the
designated CD-ROM drive letter, then input setup.exe [ENTER]
