How to Sum many worksheets into one

Please tell me how to sum a cell such as 'C5' from many
worksheets onto 'C5' cell of total worksheet.
Thanks.
 
Insert two new woksheets, name them First and Last, put all the relevant
worksheets between First and Last, and use in your Total worksheet:

=SUM(First:Last!C5)
