How to store some hidden data in PowerPoint

Hi All,
How to store some hidden data in PowerPoint as there are Variables in Word.
Please help.

Hi,
Thanks for your help but can you please once tell me that are TAGS hidden
from the user as in he cannot see the Information in TAGS from any menu items.

Tags in PPT are only accessible through VBA. They are not accessible
through the main PPT GUI. But a very simple VBA routine can iterate
through every shape on every slide and check for a tag and display
it's value if found.

Document properties, even custom ones, will be visible to the user.
The information in TAGS will not be. It doesn't appear on any menu or anywhere
else in the normal PowerPoint user interface.

The only exception to this is if the user can write their own VBA to examine the
tags and/or they have an add-in that displays the tags. Such things do exist.

In short, tags are just the thing for storing info that you don't want normal
users messing with but they're not secure in any way.
