How to stop word assistant message?

How do I stop the Office Assistant from continually giving
me this message "Using Word as your email editor, would
you like to create a signature?"

I always use Word as my email editor and I already have a
signature that is being used, but every time I send a new
email, I get this question!

Help>uncheck "Show the Office Assistant"
