How to stop users from installing small and stupid programs ?

Hey there,

I have a computer at home and other users are using my
cpu. There's only one problem... They're installing all
sort of stupid programs like video viewers, crappy porn
site programs, etc... etc... I want to stop them using
the software policy but I'm a newb with windows so could
any1 help me with a step by step solution or simply tell
me what to do in general ?

I already created an account for them so basically all I
want is to restrict the software installation they're
doing.

Password protect all Administrator account and make all other account
Limited. You can even make their folders read only.
