How to stop keys bringing up menus

When typing in word documents the following keys, I a s d g k m / keep
on recalling menus/toolbar shortcuts. HOW can I turn off this function?
 
Hi,

These keys, by themselves, should not be opening menus or acting as shortcut
keys. Make sure that your fingers are not accidentally resting on the Ctrl
and Alt keys as you type.
