how to stop comp from going idle

when i use my laptop, and i walk away for a few minutes, it logs me out of
everything and logs out of windows .. i guess its a sleep mode idunno... but
is there a way to turn it off so i can stay logged in????????
 
System is probably "Hibernating". Right click on your Desktop, click
Properties, and then click your Screen Saver Tab, then at the bottom, it
will say "Power", click it and all your settings reside inside that.

Go to Power Options in the control panel. There you will find the options you want.
