How to stop auto archiving

I'm using Outlook 2002 SP3. The auto archiving will not stop and I have
unchecked this option in Tools | Options. Any idea where else it may be
getting instructions to auto archive?

Outlook keeps trying to write to my NAS (network drive) but it is sleeping
when this happens so I get an error from the archiver. This has been going
on for a while and I can't make it stop. I manually archive so no auto
archive is needed.

Each folder also has archive settings. Perhaps one of them is still
specifying that archivinbg should be done. Check the folders' properties.

Where exactly are you referring to?
