Is it possible to specify the mail-account to use in a mailto hyperlink?
I know this doesn't sound logical, since it's an online link, but I have a
number
of accounts and a support site, and depending on the link I click I need
another account as the active one, but I sometimes forget to change it
manually.

If I understand the question correctly, no. (it would be entirely to
difficult to support the wide range of mail clients on the market.)

That was kinda the answer I expected, would've been strange if it could be
done, since you can't put attributes in an online link that work for an
offline mailclient you don't know...

Since the 'account' is determined by the email address, it's not an issue if
others are sending your addresses the messages by clicking on mailto links
you created on your website.

If you are the clickee on other people's websites, then no, you can't
control which account it's sent from, other than by either choosing a
profile or Account after you click. You can make shortcuts that open one
profile or another and make templates which have an account preselected, but
that won't help with mailto's you click on.
