How to sort contacts by the 'file as' field for emailing (Outlook

when I want to send an email, in the 'to' field, I want the Company name to
come up so I can easily access their email. Right now, if I want to send to
'ABC Company'
I have to put the person's first name 'Stephen' into the 'to' field. I want
Outlook to retrieve the email based on the name in the 'file as' field e.g.
'ABC Company (Stephen Kersten') Right now, it sorts by first name.
please help. thanks.
 
Unclear post. We can't tell from your description which method you are using
for recipient selection. Typing in the To: field doesn't even use your
Contacts. Clarify which method you are using.
