How to sort by last,first name

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to sort names by Last
Name,First Name? When creating a new e-mail message, I
click on New, To... The list of names from my Contacts is
displayed, but they are in First Name, Last Name order.
Is there a way to sort them in Last, First Name order?

Same as always. Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing
directories or address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your
sort order there
