How to slim down win2000?

I want to eleiminate as much of Win2K as possible. Does anyone have a
list of what may be safely deleted?

Can IE and OE be deleted withotu affecting W2K's functionality? (I
don't use active desktop, so I don't care if that's lost.)

Finally, is there a clone-cleaner utility - one that finds duplicate
files and deletes them as requested?
