how to show the pic in form instead of the pic name?

Hi,
I have table called employee information. There is a filed called employee
pic. I have a form to present all employee information, when I open it,the
employee pic just appears the pic name instead of the pic itself. Can any
body tell me how can the form show the employee pic instead of the pic name?
i have MS access 2003.

For a functional example take a look at

you can then look over the code but it is very simple. using the current
event you simply change the image value to the image associated with the
current record.
