Does anyone have any suggestions on how to show chart only and hidden every
cells within this worksheet?

Could you please tell me how to create a CHART sheet on Office 2003?

Insert>Chart.

Go through the steps to create the chart. You will get to step 4 that gives
you the option of "as object in" or "new sheet".
