how to Share Outlook on a win 2003 server

Hi I have Outlook 2003 and want to share it between users
on my win 2003 server
How does one do this?
I have search outlook help etc, have not really found a
clear answer.

Share Outlook how? The program? The files? Have many profiles running one
version of Outlook? Please be more specific.
